In some cases, relatively minor adjustments to someone’s teeth can transform their smile. In this case, the patient had a “black triangle” gap in-between their top front teeth. The patient asked Tim Barker what could be done in this situation. The answer was that this black triangle gap can be corrected by building the teeth up with composite to close the gap.
BEFORE AFTER
Although this treatment does not require drilling, it does require that the dentist be very skilled in constructing cosmetically appealing and completely natural looking tooth coloured composite build ups. In this case, Tim used special matrices, in addition to his extensive cosmetic dental training, to achieve a brilliant result by creating indistinguishable build ups on these teeth in order to close the gap.
