Your Dental Plan Is Being Upgraded to Plan4Health.

From 1 November 2025, all of our existing dental membership plans will be replaced by a new, improved plan called Plan4Health, provided in partnership with Hampshire Healthcare Partners.

This new plan gives you all the dental care you’re used to — plus Unlimited Private GP Appointments and two physiotherapy sessions per year, all for just an extra £11.99 per month.

Your new plan will give you:

  • The same dental care as before
  • Unlimited 30-minute, in-person, routine GP appointments**
  • Two Physiotherapy appointments per year
  • One single low monthly fee
  • Automatically upgraded - unless you choose to opt out.

In partnership with Hampshire Healthcare Partners, Plan4Health gives you everything you already get from your dental plan, plus an unlimited number of routine, in-person, private GP appointments (30 minutes each) plus two Physiotherapy sessions per year, all for just an extra £11.99 per month. Already on a Dental Plan?

Your dental surgery has joined with Hampshire Healthcare Partners to deliver a new total healthcare membership package managed by Plan4Health.

You’ll be automatically upgraded to the new Plan4Health membership on 1 November 2025. The additional £11.99 for the a new total healthcare membership package will be added to your monthly billing from that date. This will then mean you are entitled to access the private GP service and access private Physiotherapy appointments.

If you'd prefer not to benefit from these new add on services, you can opt out, and then continue with a dental-only plan instead.

If you would like to opt out - please phone 0333 577 0408 before 16 October 2025 to avoid being charged.
